A totally rad practice. Let your body guide you from one posture to the next with creative fluidity and free love. Loosen your hips to start and then warm up your side body as you move through sun salutations. Sway your hips in a modified surya B, then flow through some funky transitions in your standing series. Make crazy shapes with your headstand before taking it to the floor. Props Suggested: Wall space.
