Welcome the fall season with a clarifying practice that invites you to listen, get grounded and release. From standing poses like lunges and modified parsvottansana to yin poses like supported virasana and thread the needle on the back, explore this transition with slow, steady holds and just the right amount of flow. Rest deeply in savasana with a side body stretch just before concluding. Props Needed: One block, two blankets and wall space.
