A quick tune up for your hips with focused work for the muscles that stabilize the hips, low back and SI joints. Isolate the inner and outer hip muscles, the gluteus medius and adductor muscles specifically to help create more awareness around this group of muscles. A great class to add on before another yoga class for an extra hip boost or to do on its own. Props Needed: One block.
