In this well rounded class, prepare for sirsasana (headstand) through arm work, standing poses and headstand preparations. First learn the actions of sirsasana while standing on your feet and then translate those actions into ardha (half) sirsasana with your feet on the floor and then lifting one leg at a time. Balance your sirsasana practice with setubandha sarvangasana using the block. Props Needed: A block and a bolster.
