You have arrived at the heart of vinyasa yoga. Synchronize breath and movement from the beginning to the end of class with continuous, rhythmic motion in tune with slow deep breathing. Glide through salutations, standing poses, backbends and several arm balances including vashistasana and crane variations. Think of this as a moving pranayama practice.
