Reconnect and get back to your roots through strong standing postures and some dynamic movement focusing on your hips. Holds will be encountered, but you should expect to work up a sweat and get the flow going. When it comes to going upside down, practice externally rotated positions of your hips like tree and half lotus pose. Props Needed: A blanket and a strap.
