After a short meditation, begin with supine poses that warm up your hips, quads, hamstrings and spine. Next, move into a series of arm balances, each held for 15 seconds. Heads up, the only instruction given for the arm balances is the name of the pose. To give the wrists a rest, practice prep poses between arm balances. A great practice if you want to stretch and strengthen equally.
