A great one for the end of the day to help counteract the many hours spent at your computer, phone, on a plane or any long hours spent with poor neck and shoulder positioning. The focus will be to help counteract the anterior shoulder carriage that comes from the computer & phone to ease the neck. Finish in savasana. Props Needed: A strap, two blocks and a door or a partner.
