According to the teachings of Ayurveda, the fire in our body is something to be managed, contained, controlled and befriended. Taking the time to release excess fire energy can facilitate release, relief and ease in the body. Address the center of your body and release pent-up energy. Incorporate pranayama techniques to allow the fire to move appropriately. Props Needed: A bolster, a blanket, a strap and a block.
