Hatha with Steven Espinosa
Level 1 30 mins

Starts with review of previous segment including Sun Salutation as warm up. Followed by a description of "high lunges" to open up legs and hips. Also includes the introduction of basic standing postures such as Crescent Pose, Warrior One and Warrior Two to develop leg strength, stamina and endurance. Ends with resting in Savasana or "Corpse Pose."
