A playful class exploring the biomechanics of balance in various standing and asymmetrical one legged poses. Paying special attention to the vertical line of gravity can bring you into a deeper state of concentration and meditation as you move towards stillness. Explore new movements in poses such as gate pose and extended head to knee. Props Suggested: A blanket, block and a strap.
