An accessible and deliberate class that will leave you feeling strong and grounded. With an emphasis on Apana in breath and sequencing, you'll move through forward bending standing poses, malasana and bakasana, camel pose and some seated hamstring and hip releases. Sighing is allowed. Props Suggested: One or two blocks and a blanket.
