A class designed to work your outer hips by way of deepening rotation. To do this, first build heat throughout your whole body, then release your hip joints with Yin-style long holds. Asanas include a standing pose flow with virabhadrasana 2 and half moon, sirsasana with variations and seated hip-openers. Prop Suggested: A block and a blanket.
