If you only have ten minutes, this is your practice. You'll do ten postures in ten minutes -- just enough time to release tension in your hips, hamstrings, shoulders and spine. You'll also balance and reset your energy by including one inversion or inversion alternative. This class will leave you feeling more calm, focused and content. Prop Suggested: Wall space.
