Gently stretch and release the musculature of your upper chest, shoulders and arms. Starting on your back, this sequence unwinds constriction through gentle rotations, and rocking movements with and without your strap. While this sequence is simple, it has profound effects on your shoulder girdle, and is good for students who have chronic tightness in your shoulders.
