Ten minutes of help for your wrists. This quick series of exercises is helpful if you spend a lot of time at the computer, playing instruments or play sports that use your forearms or wrists a lot. It is also helpful if you are new to inversions or are doing a lot of inversions in your practice. Come back to this class anytime you want to strengthen and stretch injury free wrists.
