This quick paced, warming flow sequence peaks at urdhva danurasana (wheel pose). To begin preparing for this backbend, begin with low lunges, pigeon with quad stretch, some standing poses with chest opener variations leading up to danurasana. A supine hip opener and paschimottanasana (forward fold) finish your practice. Be energized and ready to move through your day.
