Just getting over a cold or flu? Gently reintegrate with simple flow and strengthening elements to help you get back into your practice. Blocked sinuses are taken into consideration, so very limited postures where your head is upside down. Finish in supported reclined cobblers pose (supta baddha konasana) so have props ready for support. Welcome back to your mat and wishing you full health! Props needed: bolster, blanket, two blocks.
