This flow is all about the Moon! We start off with a few seated stretches to lengthen the hamstrings and open the hips, then we find Chandra Namaskar (also known as Surya Namaskar C) and end up running through fun variations in and out of ardha chandrasana (half moon pose) and parivrtta ardha chandrasana (revolved half moon). Along the way we find a few different variations of handstand and arm balances. A mild backbend from our bellies helps to top off this odd, but fun practice. Enjoy my fellow yogis!
