Following a brief description of the words "hatha yoga" class begins with a steady opening warm up including both Half and Full Sun Salutations. Leading into a strong Standing Pose Flow with Crescent, Warrior 2 and Extended Side Angle. Then continues with Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon) and Triangle Pose. Also includes Arm Balance with Eka Pada Galavasana plus a quick demonstration of the pose. Class finishes with Hip/Thigh stretch and Back Bends in Bridge and/or Upward Facing Bow.
