This kriya starts to build core strength and activate your vital life force energy. It is an invigorating and energizing practice, including a warm-up of Surya Namaskara C (Sun Salutation C). Yogis believe all 'yoga' begins at the navel point, where you tap into your source of strength and power. Experience a new level of energy and connection!
