Your yoga mat is a place where you can come and reclaim your power after a long day at work! A gradual opening warm up leads into a strong Standing Pose Flow with Warrior 2, Triangle and Half Moon Pose (Ardha Chandrasana). Followed by Inversions with L-Pose and/or Handstand at the wall. Also includes a demonstration of L-Pose for beginners. Continues with Hip Openers, Thigh and Hamstring stretch. Followed by a series of Seated Poses and concludes with Back Bends, Spinal Twist and brief Savasana.
