Learning to focus on the body and breath is one way that we can elevate a stressed out mind and bring more calm to our lives. This is a rather playful class with sun salutations (surya namaskar a) warriors (virabhadrasana) triangle (trikonasana) half moon (ardha chandrasana). Look out for some tricky transitions with revolved chair (parivrtta utkatasana). Free time at the end for self practice and savasana to finish.
