This is a gentle class that focuses on balance postures and builds up to some challenging (but fun) standing balance poses. Among the more challenging poses are dancer (natarajasana) eagle (garudasana) tree (vrksasana) warrior 3 (virabhadrasana) and standing hip opener (eka pada galavasanana prep).
