This class focuses on getting into visvamitrasana. Spend the first portion of class preparing by thoroughly opening your hips, hamstrings and side body. Then attempt visvamitrasana in stages so you stay safe while being challenged. Cool your hamstrings with light backbends (optional wheel pose), twists and forward folds. This class ends with a long restorative twist and savasana to finish.
