In traditional Ashtanga yoga practice we take off the full moon and the new moon as rest days. However some times we need to get a practice in for practical purposes. This flow is a soft practice that speaks to the needs of the moon day and touches all the important places in the body. This is a great everyday flow for vinyasa students too.
