Find your inner tree and grow your roots deep into the earth through your hands and feet. In this flow we find vrksasana (tree pose) in a few variations. Using hip openers like Warrior II, pigeon prep and funky chair (ankle over knee standing), we open our hips to allow space for our trees to grow. Enjoy my fellow yogis.
