Sometimes our lives get so busy and move so fast that we forget to appreciate the important things in life like the breath. A steady opening warm up gradually builds into a continuous Standing Pose flow including Utkatasana (Chair) with emphasis on remembering the importance of the breath. Continues with a series of Shoulder Openers, Hip Openers and several Seated Poses with Janu Sirsasana (Head to Knee) and Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Bend). Concludes with Core Work, Back Bends and brief Savasana.
