A flow based on making your ascent and descent in and out of handstand smooth and controlled. We use blankets under our feet to help us slide back and forth on the floor. If you have carpet, use paper plates, a frisbee, or furniture sliders. Most of us use a lot of momentum to enter our handstands. This class will force you to use your core center to find a little more control and fluid movement into handstand. A few standing postures, a few backbends and twists are covered in class. Be prepared to make your belly sore my fellow yogis!
