This class will introduce the first postures of the 2nd Series of Ashtanga Yoga, or Nadi Shodhana. This sequence will be accessible to students of all levels - and there will be a strong focus on backbends. During class we will utilize a wall for many postures. This is an exhilarating sequence that will really wake you up!
