A "go with the flow" class where upon students requests, we make our way through a challenging shoulder and hip opening/strengthening practice. Handstand and Forearm balance options are given throughout the flow. Some strong standing sequences are followed by hip openers like pigeon prep and ardha matsyendrasana (half lord of the fishes pose), where the option for a few arm balances is given. A 1 minute backbend and forward fold finish this practice. Enjoy my fellow yogis!
