With this practice, develop a relationship of trust and fortitude, by opening your hips into standing binds, standing balances and arm balances, then to backbends, returning to hip openers. We practice being attentive to detail; just as in daily life when we build trust in our own capacities by paying attention, here we place attention on how we energize our feet to relate well and supportively to ourselves in any moment.
