A flow inspired by my recent trip to NYC. Starting with a few shoulder openers, we make our way through Surya A into a repeated flow that opens our legs and hips. Making our way through pigeon prep, we play around with jumping in and out of our hip opener into handstand pike, chair and bakasana. To top it all off, we finish with a few backbends, a forward fold and some twists. Practice on my fellow yogis!
