In this non-stop practice, we try to incorporate some of my favorite arm balances into one flow. Eka Pada Koundinyasana I & II, Dwi Pada Koundinyasana, Eka Pada Bakasana II (one-footed crow II) and Bakasana (crow/crane pose) make up our arm balances.
