Hips and hamstrings rule this intense flow class that builds deep heat and creates newfound space. Begin with a creative hamstring sun salutation to warm up your body, leading into standing split variations to work open your hamstrings. Play with eka pada bakasana for a fun arm balance and then take it down to the floor for a cool down and savasana.
