This practice is designed for the mama who has some experience with yoga pre-pregnancy. The intention of this class is to help you feel more connected to your body and your baby. Pregnancy is a time of great change and unknown, I hope this practice will bring you back to a place of trust and acceptance. Yoga can empower us during these times! We will move through a challenging yet flowing standing series, including shoulder and upper chest openers. Then a few gentle backbends followed by seated poses.
