This class is physically challenging for the person who is new to yoga but in good condition and wants to jump into the practice as part of your cross-training. We will move through a rigorous but accessible sequence that will work your body and release and relax your mind. This is just straight-up asana (poses) for those who prefer to focus on the physical aspects of the practice.
