Roll out of bed and wake up with this morning flow. Aimed at opening the body from head to toe, we begin in bent-knee forward fold (uttanasana) and move through a few vinyasas from the floor. Making our way through Surya Namaskar A and Surya Namaskar B consisting of parsvakonnasana and Warrior 2, we end up in Bridge pose to wake up the back, followed by some core work and we finish with a few hip openers from our backs. A small meditation in Hero pose (virasana) allows us to come back to our morning, and ready to face the day.
