Do a well rounded flow seasoned with all of your favorite arm balances prepared diligently by more accessible postures that prep you to fly. Open your hips to prepare you for galavasana, eka pada koundinyasana and grasshopper. Then work on lowering into arm balances from tri pod headstand. Have a nice cool down to provide balance. Be ready to play and have fun. Props Needed: A block.
