Perfect for the steamy hot summer day when you know you should practice, but the heat is stealing your mojo. A slower paced practice with rhythmic, rounder movements. Minimal alignment instruction keeps this practice soft and agenda free. Sitali pranayama is included to help induce cooling. Basic standing poses and pigeon variations will cool your hips.
