Not kidding how this class is titled as a non-stop flow. Each pose is held for a breath to get your heart rate up, combined with creative sequencing for a good 24 minutes. After all of this movement, you are given enough cool down time to leave you revived, energized and ready to go! Great to do in the morning or when you feel like reaching for an energy drink.
