A student of Yoga since age 13, Isabelle brings 20 years of teaching and expertise in Energetic Vinyasa Flow TM; and Pre/Post Natal Yoga Flow. Born in Paris, France, she now lives in Los Angeles. She is a warm, passionate and vibrant teacher.
Isabelle will playfully guide you through Energetic Vinyasa Flow TM a powerful and energizing vinyasa Yoga flow cultivating mindfulness, alignment and core energy. Her Pre/Post Natal Yoga Flow classes offer a space of relaxation, strengthening and rejuvenation for the mothers, and connectedness with their babies. It is an excellent preparation for birthing through breath, body and mind awareness.
Isabelle is well known for her transformative healing hands-on adjustments. She also teaches at UCLA, YogaWorks and Exhale Center for Sacred Movement. Recognized for her integrative approach, Isabelle is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher and Teacher Trainer (ERYT500) with the Yoga Alliance. She also holds a Yogaworks certification since 1991. Her teachers include May Kazan, Rod Stryker and Shiva Rea with whom she has extensively trained.
