Tara Judelle is a certified Anusara Yoga® instructor who has taught both nationally and internationally. Her strong background in dance, movement, and personal fitness has produced a deep knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, and therapeutics which she combines with a lucid presentation of the yogic tradition.
