Touched by grace in her very first yoga class, Jo has devoted the past ten plus years to the study of various yoga styles and has learned from the most preeminent teachers of our time. From the thousands of practice hours on the mat and equally extensive teaching experience, Jo brings a deep knowledge and grace to her classes.
