Tiffany's classes are constantly evolving over the past 15 years to reflect her ever changing creativity and passion for the practice.  With her training in Acupuncture & Sports Medicine her classes are guided by a strong anatomic focus intermingled with her light-hearted spirit & playfulness.  Known as a Health & Wellness Expert in various publications, Tiffany is also the Acupuncturist & Yoga Teacher at the Nike World Headquarters in Portland, Oregon and has been featured in various articles, video & print ads including ads for Nike and Lululemon. She travels the globe leading workshops, retreats and teacher trainings, inspiring people all over the world to live their lives to the fullest.
