This was so good, my self esteem is not good and this has given it and me a lift.

Wonderful feel-good class. Would you be able to do one like this to overcome hatred of others? i feel that I have lost all faith in humanity lately and have become cynical and distrustful. Do you think a meditation could help to feel more love towards others?

Calming; useful for waking thoughts that were interrupting rest.

I loved this meditation. I'm very tuned into words that are concise and expressive. your use of the language of words made this a powerful meditation for me.""""not as good as others" is something I'm continually working on.

    Enjoy

Giving to oneself loving breath, a feast of breaths ..... gifting myself, a novel experience, my heart responding, simultaneous sorrow and joy for our human condition arises ... with great tenderness, thankyou

Do you have meditations without the music Plz? I am very auditory sensitive and am unable to complete any of your meditations that I have tried so far due to the background music. I actually end up feeling nauseated after a min or so of listening to it. I know that there is a connection to what you use it, just wondering if you have any classes that don't Plz? Thank you for your time :)

Leilani - yes, as of today, the five most recent meditations do not have music and we will continue to post more that do not have music.

    Tiffany:

You're doing it great. The instruction is just to keep people from over-indulgence. When you are doing the exercise with the intention of transforming the contraction, you're fine. For most people- there is PLENTY of ambient self-hatred hanging out in their body-mind, no need to create any new self hatred.
    hugs to you,

Harshada, I have a question. At the beginning, when you talk about finding the negative energy in us and bring it up, but don't create it.. how do we do that? Am I creating more of it by bringing it up? The way I bring it up is I visualize a situation I know makes me feel bad so I get that feeling back in my body.. but is that creating more of it? Is there another way in which to do this?
