Description
This class features ujayii pranayama (from supine to seated), using supported restorative poses to prepare the body and nervous system for a deepening appreciation and cultivation of the breath.

- Noah Maze Jun 2nd, 2011Sarah, I know that interrupted practice well. It is an interesting exercise to sprint out of a meditation or restorative practice to the screams of the waking child. We do what we can, thankfully we have yoga.
