    Not to seem contrary to the previous poster, as this is only my opinion, but I quite enjoyed the fact that Noah practised and 'instructed' with us. I get more from seeing the authentic yogi in action and their humanness, than I do looking a pretty shapes of yogis in stills. I respect him very deeply for this challenging practise and I found it motivating. Peace and love. Namaste. :)

    i think the concept of continuous flow of sun salutations is delicious, but i think it would be better if Noah were not demonstrating himself. It makes him sound very breathy and jerky. Since it is quite repetitive, it would be best to just give oral instructions or have someone else demonstrate. Namaste :)

    Thanks, N! Wouldn't have thought that the jathara/vira/supta vira sequence would be enough to set my thighs/abs/psoas up for 30 backbends, but it was! What a cool thing to be made to realize...

    This was an inspiring challenge. I could not complete 30 backbends! I only got to 21 - but I learned a lot in the space between the 3-5 backbends you normally do in a class and reaching that number 21! Thank you for a great challenge
