    Thank you for facilitating this healing, energising journey.. Yin can be very challenging but the physical/mental/spiritual rewards are marvelous. Thank you for sharing your wisdom. You are an inspiration for my own teaching too (applying yin principles to my own experiences as a teacher).

    My hips & back feel more spacious after this practice. I would've benefitted from some more instructions as to ow to modify or use props in some of the poses though. With that said, I really enjoyed this class and other yin classes that I've taken with you Felicia.
