Dear Andrea, glad you liked the class. Just think of the effect all those twists, done daily, could have on your health and well-being. It would be great. Have a good holiday season and may your practice serve you well. Felicia

Dear Alison

Thanks for describing your experience...and for sticking with it. It's important to remember that long holds are very challenging, and allowing ourselves to surrender may be the biggest challenge of all. During this process, it's okay to back off of the edge of the effort, and doing so often helps create more softening and surrender, and actually allows us to let go. We can ease up without bailing.

good luck with the practice. I'm so glad to hear that you felt aligned at the end--that's the idea!

Love, Felicia

Dear Miko,
Hope you're enjoying Yogaglo on your TV. I don't have the tv hookup yet, so I'm still on the computer, but that sounds like fun.
Glad to hear that you're enjoying the themed classes. You've probably noticed that we've added a lot more!
Greetings from cyberland,Love, Felicia

Felicia

Another wonderful class. Challenging and relaxing at the same time.

Whilst holding the poses for long periods of time I had lots of shaking in the muscles - but not pain. It was a fascinating process to see how long I could continue to relax and lengthen into the practice whilst allowing the shakes to take place. My nature perhaps too much to back away when things get difficult so it was an education to me at many levels that I could continue and let go of more than I had thought I was holding on to.

Feel wonderfully aligned at the end of the practice.

Many thanks,

Alison

Thanks... I just got a cable so I can hook my laptop up to the big TV... for more YogaGlo fun!!!! It's really cool of you guys to have thanksgiving themed workouts, it makes us out here in "cyber land" feel much more connected to the teachers/teachings.

Thankful for YogaGlo

Bonjour Felicia
I will put my comment in french hoping that someone will translate it for you.
